We are delighted to announce that Shozo Michikawa and Genta Ishizuka have been shortlisted for this year's LOEWE Craft Prize.

One of the highlights of our exhibition program last year was Genta’s first solo show in Europe, which was very well received and held in association with ArtCourt Gallery, Osaka.

Shozo has a long history of exhibiting at the Royal Arcade, beginning with Galerie Besson and continuing with Erskine, Hall & Coe.  Most notably, we had the privilege of displaying work from his 2005 Forbidden City exhibition in Beijing.  Last year, we held an exhibition marking his 40th anniversary of being a ceramic artist.

Our current exhibition celebrates Shozo’s recent birthday and features works spanning the last 15 years of his making. The exhibition will be viewable until the 14th of February.
