Happy Birthday, Valentin Serov!

Valentin Alexandrovich Serov (19 January 1865) was a Russian painter and one of the premier portrait artists of his era.

In 2015, the Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val hosted an exhibition dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Valentin Aleksandrovich Serov. The Tretyakov Gallery magazine publisheded a special issue for the exhibition: "Valentin Serov. Heritage" (#3 2015 (48)).
