The Costume Institute's "About Time: Fashion and Duration" Closes February 7

About Time: Fashion and Duration, The Costume Institute's 2020 exhibition at The Met Fifth Avenue, closes on Sunday, February 7. The exhibition traces 150 years of fashion, from 1870 to the present, along a disrupted timeline, in honor of the Museum's 150th anniversary. The exhibition opened on October 29, 2020, after a five-month delay due to the global health crisis.
Per government regulations, timed tickets are required for entrance to the Museum and are available at Timed exhibition tickets for About Time are available online and on site. Entry to About Time on Mondays is for Museum Members only.

Andrew Bolton, the Wendy Yu Curator in Charge of The Costume Institute, leads a guided tour, and also speaks about the exhibition's design in a Sunday at The Met talk with the exhibition's designer, Es Devlin.
